Cecilia Cordova Founder and Co-Manager of Pacific Alliance Law, PLLC. Cecilia is a graduate of Seattle University School of Law and also holds a Masters of Tax Law from the University of Washington School of Law. Cecilia has served as legal counsel for many closely held businesses in the Pacific Northwest. She regularly drafts and negotiates business transactional documents involving mergers, acquisitions, reorganizations, licensing agreements, commercial real estate leasing and sales transactions. Cecilia advises clients and other attorneys on business issues, entity related tax issues, complex estate and business succession planning. She also prepares and negotiates technology and intellectual property related agreements, non-compete, nondisclosure agreements and workouts. She represents clients in front of the Internal Revenue Service, Washington Departments of Revenue, Labor and Industries, Employment Security, local government zoning and planning departments.

Additionally, Cecilia is owner and founder of Cordova Law Firm, PLLC and is admitted to practice in Washington State, U.S. Tax Court, U.S. District Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals and is a member of the Washington State Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
